In most of the fields of study available today, creativity is viewed as an unalloyed virtue. Law is different: given the inherent conservative nature and the not so boring history of legal evolution, innovation in law is viewed by many observers as problematic. Yet scholars and jurists have attempted creatively changing the law since the beginning, and most of them have been successful, with some admittedly questionable innovations.
This wiki page makes a bold proposal, designed to energize young legal minds, inorder to clarify our thinking in regards with the so-called grey areas of law, using legal creativity.
